The Company specializes in the use of pressure sensitive material to manufacture component parts.
Phase One Issues: The organizational structure was ineffective and financial data was not available on a timely basis.
Assisted in reorganizing the Company structure; implemented an upgraded financial reporting system so current information was available to make informed decisions.
Phase Two Issues: The founder developed a proprietary product he wanted to manufacture and take directly to retail.
We teamed to form a subsidiary company to market and distribute the product. I recruited a domestic marketing and sales team, and personally led international distribution of the product.
As a result of the parent company reorganization and development of a proprietary product, the Company became extremely attractive for acquisition and was sold for a significant valuation. Mission accomplished!
