Walt Gorsey is founder of Management NavigatorTM.  Walt works with his clients to launch, operate, restructure and sell businesses. He is experienced in manufacturing, intellectual property development, software development and sales, distribution, retail and service operations in domestic and international settings.

 

Mr. Gorsey’s expertise includes:

• aligning organizational priorities with business vision;

• converting strategic plans into tactical operations;

• revising business models;

• restructuring failing businesses and

• developing and executing exit strategies.

 

Walt’s business operations experience includes: interim Chief Operating Officer for Acutek Adhesives, Inc.; 1-800-Taxicab; DM&A - Valuation and Litigation Consultants; Carlson & Co. - fabricators of sculptures for the world’s leading contemporary artists and Implicitcare LLC., developer of intellectual property.

 

Mr. Gorsey launched his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in both domestic and international assignments. Following his position with PWC, he founded Gorsey & Co, a full- service accounting and consulting firm serving middle market companies. Walt successfully built Gorsey & Co., then sold the firm to concentrate on working with entrepreneurial and start-up businesses as the Management NavigatorTM

 

Walt has a BA in business from UCLA and MBA from the UCLA-based Anderson School of Business.
